Wondering if we can get some info on how this works:
Do all the skills train at the same rate (coach levels and player ages being equal), or is it different?
Does Keeping train fielding less quickly than straight Fielding?
Does training still take place in a week where you up-skill a coach? (Under a similar system in another game, it doesn't.)
Approximately how quick is training (in weeks per pop) and how much of an impact does age have? (This is crucially important as it affects how this game will age, and what are the expected levels players will reach long-term. You want the game to be sustainable.)
Will there be an all-rounder training option added in the future?

Younger players learn quickly and its slower for older ones thats common. A player's skills can pop as many as 3 times(just a guess-no proof yet) in a season if you have a lvl5 Coach..
Yes I guess. But it could be working the same way batting works for FF n BF and bowling for LL n VA
You click on upskill for a coach the coach skills get bumped instantaneously. So you dont lose that weeks trainings. No.
I think its 15. 15 is the highest rating for any skill. So technically we can have a 120 rating player but we probably never will lol. Realistically, it is possible to get a player to 12-15 if initial skills are really good and trained by 5☆ coaches.
I dont think its happening soon. At least not this season.
