At the moment the tactics page is very basic: you're just selecting an XI, five bowlers, a keeper, whether to bat or bowl first and an aggression level. I don't even know if the aggression is for batting or bowling or both, and what overs my bowlers will bowl.
I would for starters like to have individual aggression levels for each batsman and bowler, and to be able to choose how to use my bowlers (full customisation, as in Stumped, would be great if possible).

The idea was to keep the tactics page basic, and not complicate it too much. The aggression is for batting, bowling and fielding. Its kind of what mentality the players take per game.
I am looking at adding custom orders that managers can set for the 2nd innings, whether bowling or batting. That will provide you an option of changing aggression, bowling order or batting order.

Also if we could use bowlers for shorter periods and more than 5 bowlers, that is something I'd love to see.

I'm not necessarily with you here James (though individual orders would be ok)
There's something beautifully simple about setting 'aggression' and nothing else. There are plenty of other cricket sims that allow individual tinkering with this stuff. Maybe it's not needed?
If it were kept very simple, it would be easier to run more matches, e.g. twice a week instead of once a week - setting orders would be so fast.
